Start a Return/Exchange Claim

Our orders ship from Canada and the United States. We will ship all orders within 3 business days if the item is in stock. We will send you a tracking number to your email once it's shipped.

What is your shipping policy?

When it comes to choosing your Tuxy size, we typically recommend you check out the size chart and decide what fit you want. Tuxy's are a slim fit, so if you like it a bit more relaxed we suggest you size up to have that cozy vibe. Each product page has their own size chart and a fit selector tool. How do I pick the right size?

You'll have 30 days from the time of delivery to return your item. If your item arrived damaged, be sure to reach out to our support team for assistance with a warranty claim.
