How do I return a defective Tuxy?Updated 2 years ago

Sorry to hear you have an issue with your Tuxy, let's this fixed up and have you suited up again in no time! To request a resolution on a defective suit, please email us at [email protected] to get started and receive a pre-paid return shipping label for the defective item. You will simply need to add the label onto the package (if you no longer have the original packaging we recommend purchasing a poly mailer at the post office) and send it back to us.. We will ask that you provide a photo of the defect(s) and a photo of the label on the neck of the suit before being able to proceed, so please have those ready!

We only replace items with manufacturer defects and must be inspected by our quality control team. If they are deemed defective we will replace the item or issue a refund. The manufacturer defects are in place for 30 days from the date of purchase for our regular Apparel and One (1) year for our technical outerwear (Storm Suit). Regular wear and tear or damages are not covered under warranty.
