How do I return my Tuxy for an exchange?Updated a year ago

Need to get a sized swapped? No worries, we got you covered! Please email us at [email protected] to get started and receive a return shipping label. You will simply need to add the label onto the package (if you no longer have the original packaging we recommend purchasing a poly mailer at the post office) and send it back to us.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items dirty/soiled or washed will not be accepted. If there is any hair, stains, smells or defects then your item will be subject to a lesser value in credit rather than an exchange. All items must be returned and inspected before the exchange is processed. Items can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. It must be in the original packaging and include all tags.

Tuxy will not accept any COD's or courier deliveries.
