How do I return my Tuxy for store credit?Updated a year ago

We're sorry to hear the Tuxy wasn't for you, but no hard feelings! Please feel free to pass along any feedback in your review so we can make our products better for our future customers. To get started with a return, please email us at [email protected] to get started and receive a return shipping label. You will simply need to add the label onto the package (if you no longer have the original packaging we recommend purchasing a poly mailer at the post office) and send it back to us.

To be eligible for the full value of credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items dirty/soiled or washed will not be accepted. If there is any hair, stains, smells or defects then your item will be subject to a lesser value refund. All items must be returned and inspected before the credit is issued. Items can only be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. It must be in the original packaging and include all tags.

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you when your gift card has been processed. Items will be inspected within 21 business days of being returned. Please allow further time during peak holiday seasons. Original shipping is non-refundable. Tuxy will not accept any COD's or courier deliveries.
